A valued member of both the Raleigh-Wake County & Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties Home Builders Associations, Upton and Company has had numerous homes they’ve built shown as a part of the annual “Parade of Homes,” for 33 consecutive years since first being featured in 1986. Several Upton and Company built homes have been recognized as Gold, Silver and Bronze award winners by the “Parade of Homes” during this span.
Additionally, the company has been honored as a part of the Raleigh-Wake County Dream Home Showcase and was the winner of the prestigious Triangle Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Award in 1998. In 2010, Upton and Company was also cited for their incredible work in the commercial rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the Anthemion Award winning Esther Ivey House in Cary.
