We are very excited to be a part of the cover story of Home Design & Decor’s June/July Issue! Our team had the opportunity to work with Ron & Lynette Lewis to craft their Montvale dream home in 2018.  Lynette’s love of vintage & mid-century decor paired with the modern lines and neutral palate of the home, made this project so unique!

Beautiful images of the Lewis’ home, along with highlights from their experience working with designer, Liz Goldberg, can be found in the feature story, Mirror Images, beginning on page 36 of the June/July issue.

 

40 Years & Counting!

During the month of May Upton & Co. celebrated being in business for 40 years! We are so proud of this accomplishment!

Upton & Co. was founded in May of 1980. Our initial Board of Directors included Rudy Upton, Mark Upton and M.A. Peedin. Rudy has served as the president since the company’s inception. Rudy Upton Jr. has worked alongside his dad for the past 10 years, even though he’d say he was raised in the family business! We are so fortunate to have an amazing group of staff that are dedicated to providing an unmatched home building experience for our customers. Upton & Co. has had the opportunity to craft some of the most beautiful homes in the most spectacular neighborhoods across the Triangle, constructing a total of over 500 new custom homes.

To our vendors, suppliers and subcontractors – Whether individuals or companies, you all are how we do business every day. Without your customer service, knowledge and support we wouldn’t be able to produce the quality of homes we pride ourselves in.

To our customers – You are why we have been in business for the past 40 years. Building your dream home has been our greatest pleasure. We have had the opportunity to meet and work with extraordinary clients. We treasure those relationships and are so thankful you trusted Upton & Co. to build your home.

While we had hoped to celebrate this accomplishment with everyone in person, for now, we’ll settle for a social distancing toast! Please raise a glass and celebrate with us! Upton & Co. partners with ARHAUS for 2019 Parade of Homes

Upton & Co.’s entry in the 2019 Parade of Homes, The Marlowe, is located in the West Cary Subdivision of Montvale. The Marlowe has an overall neutral palette with pops of light grey, black and chrome throughout. Upton & Co.’s lead designer, Amy Deal, describes the style as “transitional with a modern pop”.

The Marlowe will offer an exciting opportunity for Parade patrons as Upton & Co. has partner with ARHAUS, a well-known furniture supplier located in Crabtree Valley Mall. ARHAUS is exclusively working with Upton & Co. for the 2019 Parade of Homes! The entire first floor of The Marlowe will be staged with beautiful furnishings and accessories. Over the past several months Upton & Co. and ARHAUS have collaborated to select furnishings that will enhance the overall design selections and provide a stunning visual for parade patrons.

Building with Upton & Co. – A Realtor Point of View

Upton and Co were very easy to work with for both my clients and me.

My clients were living in another state and working remotely with the builder and designer.

There were a lot of details needing decisions. I remember my client saying as we did our final walk through, how easy and smoothly it all went considering the distance.

Upton and Co were proactive on everything the client requested, too.

There are some wonderful Custom Builders in this area that I would not hesitate to work with. Upton and Co is on that small list.

They build a beautiful home that they take great pride and care in building. Their follow up with our clients is excellent.
